Sutton Music Festival 2025 - OUSTANDING PERFORMANCE
The Junior Choir took part in the Sutton Music Festival on Friday (21st Nov). Unfortunately, the other choir we were competing against withdrew, so we were the only ones in our class. However, we needed 85 marks to win the shield and we were awarded 92-OUTSTANDING. The children sang and behaved really well and we are all very proud of them-their feedback was brilliant. We were also lucky enough to have a workshop after our class with the adjudicator which the children really enjoyed and we got some great ideas of things that we can use moving forward. Well done everyone!
Perfect Score Earns String Group New Award
St Elphege's String Group made a stunning debut at the Coulsdon and Purley Music Festival, earning a perfect score and praise from the adjudicator. Their exceptional performance inspired the creation of a new honour—the Stellar Achievement Award—which they will be the first to receive.
